People & Admin Coordinator (m/f/d, Minijob basis, 8-9h/week)

Your Role:
As a People & Admin Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and well-organized office environment. You will act as a central support function across teams and help maintain efficient daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating administrative tasks across teams (e.g. documentation, correspondence)
- Supporting Accounting and HR with administrative duties (scanning, filing, invoices and timesheets, all types document management)
- Acting as an administrative hub (answering calls, receiving packages and mails)
- Handling office and operations purchasing orders. Also liaising with suppliers, couriers, and vendors if necessary
- In charge of logistics and organization of meetings, events, and company activities
- Take pride in keeping the office space clean and organized

Your Profile:
This role is ideal for generalists and open to candidates at various career stages, including entry-level applicants, career changers, or individuals returning to work after a break (e.g. parental leave).

You bring:
- Confident use of computer skills (e.g. Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, & Drive), Email, document handling)
- Strong communication skills and has a collaborative mindset
- Reliable, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to multitask independently
- Proficiency in English is required, German (minimum B1 level) is desirable
