At the two-day Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) conference in Munich, Watergenics presented AISRAS, our advanced real-time analytics for lithium processing.
While Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) detects only elements with isotopes that have non-zero magnetic spin, our ABAIA platform provides continuous measurements across a broader set of process-critical parameters. In addition to lithium carbonate, lithium chloride, and borate, ABAIA tracks sulfate and nitrate—species that typically remain invisible to NMR yet often accumulate and degrade performance in DLE installations.
Why it matters
Real-time visibility into species that drive fouling and inefficiencies
Proactive control to prevent accumulation-related shortcomings
Broader coverage than methods limited by nuclear spin requirements
