Watergenics SAC’s Leonel Aguilar completed installation of ABAIA® this week at 4,000 m elevation, monitoring sulfate to improve water recycling and environmental protection. With access to real-time data (and option to expand parameters to include carbonate, etc.), our client can promptly adjust chemical dosing setpoints and water blends to optimize their water reuse and maintain mineral extraction performance. 

Whether it’s for on-site management or off-site protection, ABAIA® delivers the data that mines need to make decisions, enabling our clients to improve their water stewardship and bottom line simultaneously. Rugged resiliency makes our solution suitable for harsh environments, both ambient and aqueous. ABAIA® can operate successfully: 

• pH 1–14

• Temperatures up to 95°

• TDS up to 50,000 mg/kg

• TSS up to 500 mg/L

• Salinity over 35 g/kg

• Fully submerged — no reagents, no pumps, no filters

• Two spectrograms per second = true real-time

• Over-the-air calibration from Berlin
